Da Mermaid Goddess "Keeli" license plate frame features a brunette mermaid girl with a ocean reef colored tail. Kokonuts famous hula frames are hand painted, with the exception of the all chrome (silver) frames. Chrome is left unpainted on top and bottom of each frame.
