Da Mermaid Goddess "Keeli" license plate frame features a blonde mermaid girl with a coral reef colored tail. Kokonuts famous hula frames are hand painted, with the exception of the all chrome (silver) frames. Chrome is left unpainted on top and bottom of each frame.
These license plate frames have been featured on MTV's Pimp My Ride.
